About the role Join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio as a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor , where you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee daily cleaning operations, support and train staff, and ensure high standards are consistently met across the facility. Schedule: 20 hours per week, Sunday- Wednesday 3-8pm or 4-9pm, Friday or Saturday as needed The Housekeeping Supervisor will supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure a clean, orderly, and attractive facility. This key individual will assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action. They may also purchase housekeeping supplies and equipment, take periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new employees, and recommend dismissals. Key Accountabilities - Maintain and lead daily operations of the Housekeeping function for the entire facility to ensure compliance of HealthFitness client obligations. - Responsible for cleaning, sanitation and maintenance in locker rooms and restrooms. - Create and maintain the schedule for all housekeeping staff including handling absences and ensuring staffing level consistently meets requirements.
