You will work in a manufacturing environment using hand and power tools, tape measures, and other equipment while performing manual labor, including lifting materials and components. The position is on first shift and currently operates with regular overtime, offering the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the production process and contribute to a high-volume operation. Responsibilities - Work on an assembly line to build signs and crates for the petroleum industry from start to finish. - Use a variety of hand and power tools, including nail guns, drills, and other common shop tools, to assemble products according to specifications. - Accurately read and use a tape measure to cut, align, and assemble materials to precise dimensions. - Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting materials up to 50 pounds independently and participating in team lifts for items over 50 pounds. - Stand for extended periods and move throughout the facility to support continuous production activities. - Follow established production processes, work instructions, and safety procedures at all times. - Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, assembly-line environment to meet production goals and deadlines. - Maintain a clean and organized
