Description ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Responsible for the proper maintenance, security, and cleaning of the site through local execution of the facilities management strategy prescribed by corporate. - Coordinate with third-party maintenance providers to ensure services meet company and contractual expectations. - Perform facility audits and report findings to appropriate parties to include safety and facility audits. - Execute preventive maintenance and failure maintenance remediations based on corporate guidance. - Perform minor day to day facility maintenance. - Coordinate contractor and all third-party maintenance events. - Coordinate with local municipalities as needed. - Provide weekly and monthly updates on facility status and equipment availability. - Support and advance key areas such as continuous improvement, sustainability, security, and modifications to North America facilities. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Stand or sit for long periods of time. - Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance. - Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand. - Exposure to noise, and weather conditions such as excessive heat, cold, and rain. - Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES - Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals. - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. - Consistently at work and on time. - Knowledge of building construction and building systems, HVAC, pneumatics, electrical and fire systems experience is preferred. - Ability to respond to facility emergencies. - Have access to reliable transportation. - Works independently, receives minimal guidance. - Read and interpret documents such as operating/maintenance/procedure instructions and safety rules. - Knowledge of safe a
