Employer: Aerotek. Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator) - $23.75/hr Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a stable opportunity with room to grow? We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support a leading 3PL warehouse operation serving data center customers. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding facility that is expected to grow from 120 employees to 250 employees this year , with a strong focus on promoting from within . If you have experience operating stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment , we want to hear from you! What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by safely moving, storing, and shipping inventory. Daily Responsibilities ✅ Operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and reach trucks ✅ Load, unload, transport, and stack materials throughout the warehouse ✅ Conduct daily equipment safety inspections ✅ Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment ✅ Move pallets, crates, and inventory to designated locations ✅ Assist with inventory counts and stock tracking ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment ✅ Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines ✅ Work collaboratively to meet productivity and shipping goals What We're Looking For Required Qualifications - Experience operating stand-up forklifts and/or reach trucks - Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience - Ability to safely work in a fast-paced warehouse environment - Experience with order picking and inventory handling - Ability to pass a forklift skills assessment within the first 1-2 days of employment - Strong commitment to workplace safety Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment - Data center logistics or warehouse experience - General warehouse labor experience Pay & Shift Differentials Base Pay: $20.00/hr Available Shifts - 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM
